• Download the SEC’s revised Form SH template (it’s a Microsoft Word file). Or call our CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau at 888-89EDGAR (select Option 3) to obtain one.
• Save the template with a new name, and fill out that new file as needed with the content you need to include in your filing.
• Consult the SEC's Special Instructions for the Filing of Temporary Form SH on EDGAR and the Interim Final Temporary Rule, Exchange Act Release No. 34-58785 to be sure you are providing all the information required, in the appropriate format.
• Send your Form SH file(s) to our CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau and we will convert them for you.
• Review your converted Form SH and revise as necessary until it’s approved for filing. If you are an EDGAR Ease+ user, you may choose to submit the Form SH filing yourself.
• Or, if you prefer, approve your Form SH proof(s) and our CT EDGAR Ease Service Bureau will file them for you.
